LUSHANGSERVICES (02376) announced that, following the expiration of the service agreement between the company and Fairbiz Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, Mr. Huang Weichao has ceased to serve as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for accepting the service of legal process documents and notices under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from Friday, January 30, 2026. Ms. Chen Letong has been appointed as the agent for legal process documents, effective from the same date, Friday, January 30, 2026.
