董事会表示，股份购回将以可合法用于回购的资金进行，并将遵守开曼群岛公司法及香港联合交易所有关上市规则的规定。公司认为此举有助于提升股东回报和增强整体利益。公告显示，公司股份于过去十二个月在香港联交所的最高成交价为每股0.395港元，最低成交价为每股0.048港元。
根据公告，股东周年大会定于2026年6月12日举行，以审议并表决相关购回授权事项。公司预计将于2026年6月9日至6月12日暂停办理股份过户登记事宜。董事会强调，在保证财务稳健和符合股东整体利益的情况下，才会酌情行使回购授权。公司同时提示，任何回购计划的具体实施仍需视市况及董事会决策而定。
