Crazy Sports Group Limited (“Crazy Sports”) has issued a notice convening its Annual General Meeting for 10:30 a.m. on 15 May 2026 at 17/F, Tower C, Dongjin International Center, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

Key ordinary business: 1. Shareholders will be asked to receive the audited consolidated financial statements and directors’ and auditor’s reports for the year ended 31 December 2025. 2. Board composition is up for confirmation with the re-election of Executive Director Mr. Peng Xitao and Independent Non-executive Directors Ms. Liu Haoming and Ms. Zhang Xiaofen. Director remuneration will be set by the board. 3. BDO Limited is nominated for re-appointment as external auditor, with fees to be determined by the board.

Special business highlights: • Share repurchase mandate – authorises the board to buy back up to 10 % of issued shares during the period ending at the next AGM or its statutory deadline, whichever is earlier. • Share issuance mandate – permits the board to allot and issue new shares up to 20 % of the existing issued share capital, excluding rights issues, option exercises and scrip dividends. • Mandate extension – the 20 % issuance limit can be increased by the number of shares repurchased under the 10 % buyback authority, effectively allowing a potential additional 10 % issuance capacity.

Record and proxy arrangements: • The share register will be closed from 12 May 2026 to 15 May 2026 inclusive; shareholders must lodge transfers by 4:30 p.m. on 11 May 2026 to qualify for attendance and voting. • Proxy forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, Hong Kong, no later than 48 hours before the meeting.

The board, chaired by Dr. Zhang Lijun, states it holds no immediate plan to issue new shares or repurchase existing shares under the proposed mandates.
