香港小轮(集团)2026年上半年营收2.40亿元，经调整净利润0.73亿元

香港小轮(集团)(00050)公布的2026年上半年财报显示，集团在报告期内实现营收2.40亿元，同比上升约20.5%。经调整净利润（“基础溢利”）为0.73亿元，同比增加约5.7%。期内直接成本为1.33亿元，较去年同期的1.21亿元上升约9.8%。由此推算，综合毛利率约44.7%，较上一年同期的39.3%有所提升。经营活动产生的现金流净额达0.70亿元，相较去年同期的0.09亿元大幅增长约686%。期间分销及推广费用为257.8万元，占收入比重约1.07%，同比增长约3.4%；行政费用为5745.1万元，占收入比重约23.95%，同比上升约9.6%。经营效率整体保持稳健。

业务分项

1) 地产投资业务：商场、商铺及青年宿舍的毛租金收入约0.97亿元，同比提升约60%，主要由于新增青年宿舍和物业收购带动租金贡献提升。 2) 渡轮、船厂及相关业务：录得亏损约900万元，较上年同期亏损减小约340万元，主要因整体收入有所增加，但油价上涨推高成本。 3) 医疗、保健及美容服务：报告期内实现盈利约130万元。该板块在专科诊所及痛症管理等细分领域的业务稳步拓展。

下个财报期展望

公司预计，下半年主要收入仍将来自物业租金及银行存款利息，同时将进一步优化旗下商场和商铺的租户组合，以提高租金回报。管理层强调会紧密关注宏观经济与物业市场走势，并积极寻找新的投资机会以提升长期价值。
