On September 14, 2026, Citigroup Inc. disposed of 5.75 million shares of BILIBILI-W (09626) at no consideration, following a decrease in its interest in shares held in the lending pool. As a result, Citigroup Inc.'s long position in BILIBILI-W fell below 5% of the issued share capital.
Prior to the disposal, Citigroup Inc.'s long position in BILIBILI-W was 22.50 million shares, representing 6.51% of the issued share capital; following the disposal, the holding changed to 16.74 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 4.84%.
