One Media Group Appoints Zhang Yijia as Executive Director Following Chairman's Retirement

ONE MEDIA GROUP (00426) has announced the retirement of Mr. Zhang Qiuchang. Due to his retirement, Mr. Zhang will not seek re-election at the company's annual general meeting scheduled for August 13, 2026.

Mr. Zhang Qiuchang will cease to hold the positions of Executive Director, Vice Chairman, member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, and the company's authorized representative under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange), effective from August 13, 2026.

Following Mr. Zhang's retirement, the Board has announced that Ms. Zhang Yijia will be appointed as Executive Director, member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, and authorized representative, effective from August 14, 2026.
