路报道，欧盟反垄断机构无条件批准 谷歌 以 320 亿美元收购网络安全公司 Wiz，这是谷歌有史以来最大的一笔交易。此前，监管机构表示，这笔交易不会引发任何竞争方面的担忧。
该交易于去年 3 月宣布，将提升谷歌在网络安全和云计算领域的实力，谷歌在这些领域与亚马逊和微软等更大的竞争对手展开竞争。
欧盟反垄断负责人特蕾莎·里贝拉在一份声明中表示：“谷歌在云基础设施市场份额方面落后于亚马逊和微软，我们的评估证实，客户将继续拥有可靠的替代方案，并能够更换供应商。”
作为欧盟竞争执法机构的欧盟委员会表示，谷歌通过该交易获得的任何数据都不属于商业敏感信息，其他安全软件公司也可以对其进行评估。
