GREENTECH I-NEW (00195) announced that Deloitte was removed from its position as the company's auditor by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting. Effective May 21, 2026, the company has appointed RSMI as its new auditor, with the term to last until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
