Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SET) announced on May, 22 2026 that Pierre Grégoire Baudin will join its board as an independent non-executive director with effect from Jun, 1 2026. The appointment was made by the trust’s managers, Stoneweg EREIT Management Pte. Ltd. and Stoneweg EBT Management Pte. Ltd.

Baudin will sit on the Audit and Risk Committee, the Nominating and Remuneration Committee and the Sustainability Committee, where he will serve as chair. The veteran investment and wealth-management executive brings more than 20 years of experience in private banking, real estate and global investment, and currently holds board positions at several listed and private companies, including SIX-listed Varia US Properties.

The board’s Nominating and Remuneration Committee led a rigorous search and confirmed Baudin’s independence in line with Rule 704(7) of the SGX Listing Manual and the Code of Corporate Governance. His appointment forms part of the board’s succession-planning and governance enhancement efforts, which also see Frank Khoo re-designated as a member of the Sustainability Committee.

After the changes, SERT’s board will comprise five independent non-executive directors, one executive director and one non-independent non-executive director.
