医渡科技有限公司（02158）于2026年3月18日发布翌日披露报表，披露公司当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股113.9万股，占回购前已发行股份约0.1112%。该批股份每股回购价介乎每股5.66港元至5.81港元，合计支付约655.44万港元。回购后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目降至10.23426865亿股，库存股份数目增至4922.38万股，发行股份总数则维持在10.72650665亿股。
公司董事会于2025年8月29日通过购回授权，授权总数为1.06455574亿股。截至目前，已累计购回4633.27万股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数约4.3523%。公司表示，此次股份回购已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及法律法规的规定。
