2025年8月4日，盛诺集团将其丹麦注册公司M DK Holdings ApS（M DK）股权从45%增至55%，令M DK成为集团附属公司。该举措进一步推动盛诺集团与M DK的业务协同发展，并为集团于欧洲市场以外带来新的增长机遇。盛诺集团当前在中国、美国及越南等地布局产能，并通过灵活调配资源及实施成本管控措施，以持续提升运营效率并把握高增长潜力业务机会。
