Dashan Education Holdings Limited (DASHAN EDU) submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 02 July 2026, covering movements in securities for the month ended 30 June 2026.

The filing shows no change in the group’s capital structure during June. Authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

Issued share capital was stable at 900.00 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Dashan Education confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as of month-end.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 18 June 2020, 77.00 million share options were outstanding at both the beginning and end of the month. No options were granted, exercised, cancelled or lapsed, resulting in zero new shares issued and no treasury shares transferred. If fully exercised, the outstanding options would represent potential dilution of approximately 8.56% of the current issued share base.

The filing states that there were no warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements outstanding, and no other movements in issued or treasury shares during the period.

The company secretary, Chan Kwong On, confirmed that all relevant regulatory and listing rule requirements were met in relation to the securities information disclosed.
