海隆控股（股票代码：01623）6月3日发布公告，董事会已提请股东于2026年6月26日召开的股东周年大会上，审议授予董事回购不超过公司已发行股本10%股份的一般授权。若以当前已发行约16.96亿股股份为基准，回购规模最高可达约1.70亿股。
公司指出，回购所需资金将从依法可用于股份购回的公司内部资源拨付，符合开曼群岛及相关上市规则的法律要求。董事会认为，股份回购有利于提升公司价值，符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
公告同时披露，于股东周年大会上通过回购授权后，公司可在下届股东周年大会前或授权被撤回、修订前，于香港联交所或其他认可交易场所回购股份。公司提醒投资者，拟参会股东需在6月23日至6月26日期间（包括首尾两天）办理股份过户手续，以确定出席资格。
