汇丰控股有限公司（股票代码：00005）于2026年9月10日发布翌日披露报表，公告称公司在2026年9月9日分别于英国及香港市场实施股份回购，合计回购342,000股普通股。
其中，于英国市场回购10,000股，最高回购价每股15.62英镑，最低回购价每股15.39英镑，合计支付约154,764.75英镑（折合15.48万英镑）；于香港联交所回购332,000股，价格介乎每股165.6港元至166.6港元，总金额约55,133,546.80港元（折合5,513.35万港元）。
本次变动后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）为17,160,052,183股。汇丰控股股东于2026年5月8日通过股份购回授权，可购回股份总数为1,718,354,635股。截至目前，已累积购回27,255,814股，占特别决议案获通过时已发行股份总数的约0.158616%。
公司表示，本次回购活动符合香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则及当地适用法规，相关说明函件所载信息无重大变动。公告由授权签名人张嘉琪签署。
