HANXBIO-B Adds 14,600 Shares to Treasury; Total Buybacks Reach 0.99% of Mandate

Hanx Biopharmaceuticals (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (HANXBIO-B) disclosed that it repurchased 14,600 H-shares on 18 June 2026 via on-market transactions in Hong Kong. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 26.00 to HKD 27.48, representing a volume-weighted average price of HKD 26.61 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.39 million.

Following the transaction, the company holds 1.36 million treasury shares, while the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stands at 134.86 million. Total issued share capital, including treasury shares, remains unchanged at 136.22 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 12 February 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 13.62 million shares. To date, HANXBIO-B has repurchased 1.36 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.9951% of the issued share count on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 18 July 2026.
