Alternative Liquidity Index, LP has formally dispatched its Offer Document for an unconditional voluntary cash partial offer to acquire up to 700 million shares of Jinchuan Group International Resources Co. Ltd (“Jinchuan Intl”). Somerley Capital Limited is acting as the financial adviser to the offeror.

Key terms and timetable • Offer period: Open from 26 March 2026 until 4:00 p.m. on 23 April 2026. • Offer Document & Form of Acceptance: Distributed to shareholders on 26 March 2026 and available on HKEX’s website. • Offeree Document: To be posted by Jinchuan Intl no later than 9 April 2026. • Results announcement: To be released by 7:00 p.m. on the closing date, 23 April 2026. • Consideration settlement: Remittances for accepted shares will be mailed by 5 May 2026, within seven business days after the closing date. • Odd-lot facilitation: Matching services will run from 24 April 2026 to no later than 4:00 p.m. on 5 June 2026.
