惠生工程技术服务有限公司（02236）7月27日公告，根据董事会对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月期间的未经审计综合管理账目作出的初步评估，预计期内将录得净溢利约人民币20百万元至30百万元，而2025年同期净溢利约为人民币77.6百万元。
公司指出，业绩下降主要由于两项因素：(i) 相比2025年同期，部分主要项目已进入最后阶段或已完工，其利润贡献减少；(ii) 新项目处于初始阶段，尚未形成重大贡献。
公司表示，相关财务数据尚待进一步审核，最终结果可能会有所调整。集团将按上市规则要求披露2026年上半年经审核的财务业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时务请审慎行事。
