同时，集团向浦发银行认购的理财及结构性存款等金融产品未到期本金合计29亿元。董事会表示，认购上述产品在保障资金安全及流动性的前提下，有助于提升资金收益水平。该交易在合并计算后构成须予披露交易，须遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的相关通知及公告规定。经营管理层强调，内部监控程序充分且适当，确保该投资不会影响集团日常运营，并符合整体利益。
