FTSE updates Benchmark Index constituents for Starhill Global REIT performance fee calculation

YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Limited, the manager of Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust, announced that FTSE Group has revised the constituents of the Benchmark Index with effect from Mar, 23 2026.

The Benchmark Index is used under the trust deed dated Aug, 08 2005 to assess whether the manager is entitled to a performance fee, which is payable when Starhill Global REIT’s accumulated return in a financial year exceeds that of the Benchmark Index.

Following the update, the index now comprises 29 Singapore-listed real estate investment trusts and property-related business trusts: AIMS APAC REIT; CapitaLand Ascendas REIT; CapitaLand Ascott Trust; CapitaLand China Trust; CapitaLand India Trust; CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust; CDL Hospitality Trusts; Centurion Accommodation REIT; Digital Core REIT; ESR-REIT; Far East Hospitality Trust; First Real Estate Investment Trust; Frasers Centrepoint Trust; Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust; Keppel DC REIT; Keppel REIT; KORE US REIT; Lendlease Global Commercial REIT; Manulife US REIT; Mapletree Industrial Trust; Mapletree Logistics Trust; Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust; NTT DC REIT; OUE Real Estate Investment Trust; Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust; Prime US REIT; Starhill Global REIT; Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust; and Suntec REIT.

The manager stated that the changes are applied independently by FTSE and will be reflected in performance assessments for the financial year ending Jun, 30 2026. The announcement was released on Mar, 24 2026.
