Jufilai (08611) has announced that the board of Jufilai International Holdings Limited (the Company) has proposed to change the Company's English name from "Mindtell Technology Limited" to "Jufeel International Holdings Limited" (the "Proposed Change of Company Name"). The Company's existing Chinese name, "Jufilai International Holdings Limited," will remain unchanged.
