6月11日晚，01601 中关村科技租赁公告称，公司当日与融智通科技（北京）股份有限公司分别签署两份融资租赁协议（协议Ⅲ及协议Ⅳ）。根据协议，公司先行以各1,500万元的价格收购承租人自有路由器等通讯类资产（租赁资产Ⅲ、Ⅳ），随后再以售后回租方式返租给承租人，租期均为12个月。每份协议的总租赁款项约1,540万元，其中融资租赁本金1,500万元、含增值税的租赁利息收入约40万元。
此次两笔交易与去年11月28日签署的融资租赁协议Ⅱ（涉及资产账面净值约4,790万元）在12个月内完成，按照港交所《上市规则》第14.22条需合并计算。合并后最高适用百分比超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，公司已按规定发布公告。
根据协议，若承租人按约履行全部义务，在租期届满时可各以人民币100元名义价购回对应租赁资产。为保障履约，承租人一名最终实益拥有人及其一名关联方分别对协议Ⅲ、协议Ⅳ项下债务提供连带责任保证。
公司表示，融资租赁业务系其核心经营活动，此次交易有望在一年租期内带来稳定的利息收入与现金流，符合业务发展战略及股东整体利益。
