4月20日，港股上午盘三大指数集体上涨，截止午盘，恒生指数涨0.83%，国企指数涨0.77%，恒生科技指数涨0.78%。
截止午间收盘，港股期权半日成交逾45万张，其中，腾讯控股成交量居首，期权成交超8.6万张；阿里巴巴-W名列次席，期权成交4.2万张；建设银行位居第三，期权成交近3.5万张。
权重科技股多数表现活跃，其中腾讯控股涨2.64%股价盘中重上525港元；期权方面，腾讯控股半日成交超8.6万张，其中于4月24日到期行使价550港元的认购期权成交居前，成交6444张。
内银股普涨，建设银行涨超2%，股价创历史新高；花旗发布研报称，预期内银可能利用强劲的收入增长增加拨备，导致盈利增速低于收入增速，料今年首季盈利同比升3.1%，预期大型内银及区域性银行表现优于股份制银行，因其贷款增长及净息差趋势更佳。
期权方面，建设银行半日成交近3.5万张，其中于2027年3月30日到期行使价分别位9.5港元认购期权、8.5港元的认沽期权成交居前，均成交6314张。
