On February 2, 2026, the company's indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Hebei Forestry Technology Co., Ltd., entered into a Timber Harvesting and Sales Agreement with Cengong County Jinda Forestry Technology Co., Ltd. Under this agreement, Jinda Forestry has authorized Hebei Forestry to conduct timber harvesting operations for the National Reserve Forest Construction Project undertaken by Jinda Forestry in Cengong County, Guizhou Province, People's Republic of China, covering an area of approximately 50,000 mu.

According to the agreement, Hebei Forestry is responsible for completing all related tasks at the designated logging sites, including felling, cutting, processing, debarking, stacking, transporting timber to collection points, loading timber, clearing the logging areas, and maintaining both the logging areas and the timber. Hebei Forestry will also be responsible for selling the timber and will share 5% of the net proceeds with Jinda Forestry.

The company believes that the Group's participation in the aforementioned timber harvesting project will help consolidate its position within the industry. The Directors also anticipate that the development of this business will create an additional new revenue stream for the Group and have a positive impact on its long-term development.
