Yuzhou Group (01628) announced its November 2025 contracted sales amounted to RMB581 million, with a sales area of 51,252 square meters. The average selling price stood at RMB11,339 per square meter.
For the first 11 months of 2025, the group achieved cumulative sales of RMB6.196 billion, covering a total sales area of 448,199 square meters. The average selling price during this period was RMB13,827 per square meter.
