公司已发行股本在回购完成后仍约为387,647.65万股，库藏股数目为0股。根据公告，股东大会已于2026年6月5日通过购回授权，可回购股份总数为38,789.03万股。截至目前，累计已回购234.10万股，占授权通过当日已发行股本数目的约0.06%，剩余可回购股本约为38,554.93万股。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
