潍柴动力（02338）9月14日公告称，公司于2026年9月14日14:40在山东潍坊高新技术产业开发区福寿东街197号甲召开2026年第七次临时董事会会议。会议以现场与通讯结合方式进行，应出席董事13名，实际均参与表决，其中4名董事通过书面委托方式参与投票。会议符合《中华人民共和国公司法》和《公司章程》相关规定，以13票同意、0票反对、0票弃权的结果审议通过了《关于聘任李鹏程先生为公司副总经理的议案》。李鹏程的任期自董事会决议作出之日起，至公司第七届董事会届满之日止。
公告显示，李鹏程1984年2月出生，工学学士，2006年7月加入潍柴动力，曾任市场部部长、重型车动力销售公司总经理、商用车动力总成销售总监、总裁助理、副总裁、执行总裁，并担任潍柴新能源动力科技有限公司董事长、中通客车股份有限公司董事、总经理等职务。目前，李鹏程持有公司A股股票844股；除在控股股东潍柴控股集团有限公司任党委委员外，与公司5%以上股东、实际控制人及其他董事、高级管理人员不存在关联关系。公司表示，李鹏程符合相关法律法规及交易所规定的高级管理人员任职资格。
