WAI CHI HOLD repurchases 10,000 shares at HK$0.88, treasury stock climbs to 2.88 million

WAI CHI HOLDINGS COMPANY LIMITED disclosed that it bought back 10,000 ordinary shares on 7 July 2026 via on-market transactions at HK$0.88 per share, for an aggregate HK$8,800.

Following the repurchase: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased marginally by 0.0046% to 216.84 million. • Treasury shares increased from 2.87 million to 2.88 million. • Total issued share count, including treasury stock, remained unchanged at 219.73 million.

Repurchase programme details: • Shareholders authorised a buyback mandate on 27 May 2026 for up to 21.97 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.88 million shares, representing 13.11% of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date. • A moratorium on new share issues or sales/transfer of treasury shares is in effect until 7 August 2026, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.
