2026年9月4日，华住集团有限公司（股票代码：01179，以下简称“公司”或“华住集团-S”）公告，计划根据经修订的1933年美国《证券法》S规例，在美国境外以离岸交易方式向非美国人士发售人民币计价债券。
本次拟发行债券的本金金额、票面利率、到期日及其他具体条款将在定价时确定，发行完成与否仍取决于市场状况及其他因素。公司表示，募集资金净额将用于一般公司用途。
公告指出，相关债券尚未且将不会根据美国《证券法》或任何州证券法进行注册，除获得豁免或符合无须注册的情形外，相关债券不得在美国境内或向美国人士发售或出售。华住集团-S将就本次债券发售向美国证券交易委员会提交6-K表格。
