傲基股份（02519）于6月5日发布公告，董事会已决议向股东大会提请授权，以回购公司已发行H股股份总数（扣除库存股后的已发行H股股份）最高不超过10%的股份规模。据公司披露，截至2026年6月4日，公司已发行股份总数为415,205,916股，其中H股数量为414,787,676股。若该授权获得股东大会批准，公司可于授权有效期内回购最多41,478,767股H股。
本次购回资金将全部来自公司可动用的流动资金或营运资金，且购回行为将依照《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及公司章程等相关法律法规执行。公司方面认为，此举有助于提高公司资产净值及每股盈利，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
同时，公司将于2026年6月30日下午3时在深圳举行年度股东大会，就上述股份购回授权进行表决。公司H股登记将于6月25日起至30日暂时关闭，6月24日下午4时30分前完成过户登记的H股股东可出席并投票。
