此次易手的零售中心由13个商业单元构成,总建筑面积达6.5万平方英尺(约合6060平方米)。值得关注的是,本次交易采用1031交换税务递延策略完成。买方为私人医生投资团体,由马库斯公司亚特兰大办事处投资专家埃里克·阿博特与扎克·泰勒联合代理。卖方代表则来自马修斯地产的杰夫·恩克。
物业坐落于Mount Zion路1331-1389号,现租户包括美国最大医疗保险服务商Humana及金融巨头美国银行。其地理位置极具战略价值——正对南湖购物中心主体建筑,并与在建的1.17亿美元会议中心项目比邻而立。
