2026年6月1日，药明合联（02268）在港交所发布公告称，公司拟于2026年6月26日召开股东周年大会，审议并授权董事在一定期间内于香港联合交易所有限公司或满足相关法规及上市规则要求的其他交易场所回购股份规模不超过公司已发行股本（不含库存在内）总数的10%，即不超过126,130,750股。
公告显示，截至2026年5月29日，药明合联的已发行股份总数为1,261,307,505股，上述回购股份可能根据市场状况以及资本管理需要被公司注销或以库存股份形式持有。公告指出，公司仅可使用根据组织章程细则、开曼群岛相关法律法规及上市规则允许的合法资金来源进行本次回购。
公司董事会认为，股份回购有可能提升每股资产净值及每股盈利水平，符合公司及股东整体利益。拟议中的回购授权如获股东批准，将在股东周年大会闭幕时或根据相关法规及公司组织章程细则所规定的公司下次股东周年大会召开日或撤销、修订日失效。
公告同时提及，公司将于2026年6月23日至6月26日期间暂停办理股份过户登记，在此期间不会处理任何股份过户申请。股东如欲参加2026年6月26日的股东周年大会并在大会上投票，需在6月22日截日前办理完成股份过户手续。
