Chaoju Eye Care Continues Share Buy-Back Program; 2.46 Million Shares Pending Cancellation

Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited reported on 22 September 2026 that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 701.46 million ordinary shares. However, between 31 August and 22 September, the company repurchased a cumulative 2.46 million shares that have not yet been cancelled, equal to roughly 0.35 % of the current issued share base.

Key details of the outstanding repurchases are as follows:

• Volume and Pricing: The 17 on-market transactions were executed at prices ranging from HKD 2.38 to HKD 2.55 per share, representing a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 2.45 per share. The total cash outlay for these yet-to-be-cancelled shares is estimated at about HKD 6.05 million.

• Latest Transaction: On 22 September 2026, the company bought back 24,500 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 2.45 and HKD 2.53, spending HKD 0.06 million.

• Repurchase Mandate Utilisation: Since the current mandate was approved on 12 May 2026, Chaoju Eye Care has repurchased 5.80 million shares—about 0.82 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date—against an authorisation limit of 70.52 million shares.

• Share Issuance Restriction: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Chaoju Eye Care is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 22 October 2026, 30 days after the most recent repurchase.

All repurchases were executed in compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and no treasury shares are currently held. The company affirmed that all statutory and regulatory requirements related to the transactions have been met.
