Janco Holdings Limited (8035) has announced the resignation of an executive director, the appointment of a new executive director, and the appointment of a new authorised representative, all effective from 31 October 2025.

According to the announcement, Mr. Lai Chung Wing has resigned as an executive director for personal reasons. He confirmed no disagreement with the Board and stated there are no matters requiring further attention from shareholders. The Board expressed gratitude for his contributions.

Meanwhile, Ms. Lam Lai Wan Bondie has been appointed as executive director. She joined the Group in September 2025 as Chief Financial Officer and brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, corporate finance, and investor relations. Her service contract runs for three years with an annual remuneration of HK$1,080,000.

Additionally, Mr. Lo Wai Wah has ceased to act as the Company’s authorised representative under GEM Listing Rules and as the process agent for service of legal documents in Hong Kong. Mr. Chan Kwok Wai, an executive director, has stepped into these roles effective on the same date.
