TCL China Star Optoelectronics Technology (CSOT) has successfully achieved mass production of mid-size tablet products featuring Oxide technology from May to August 2025, with initial deployment on the Lenovo Group Xiaoxin Pad 11 and Xiaomi REDMI Pad 2 models.

The company stated that this mass production milestone marks TCL CSOT's mid-size Oxide technology entering a new phase of large-scale commercial application.

According to the introduction, TCL CSOT has provided 11-inch screens for both the Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad 11 and REDMI Pad 2, built on high-stability, low-power Oxide technology. The displays feature 2.5K resolution and achieve multi-dimensional optimization in core performance indicators including image clarity, detail reproduction, and brightness uniformity.

TCL CSOT maintains close partnerships with Lenovo Group, Xiaomi and other brands in the small and medium-size display segment, with broad coverage across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and automotive applications. In the mid-size category, TCL CSOT exclusively supplies flagship screens for the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra, integrating the company's innovative achievements in display technology as the first integrated driver IC solution flexible OLED mid-size product.

Furthermore, the mass production application of Oxide screens signifies that TCL CSOT's mid-size Oxide technology products now possess stable commercial delivery capabilities. TCL CSOT officially stated that this technology solution not only drives terminal products to achieve display performance upgrades but also continuously empowers brands like "Xiaoxin" and "REDMI" to realize differentiated display competitiveness.
