2026年9月8日，深圳市江波龙电子股份有限公司（09976，下称“江波龙”）公告称，其发行的29,989,450股境外上市外资股（H股）已获香港联合交易所有限公司批准，于同日在主板挂牌并开始交易。公司H股中文简称为“江波龍”，英文简称为“Longsys”，股票代码“09976”。
此次全球发售在未行使超额配股权前的规模为29,989,450股，其中香港公开发售2,607,800股，占总数8.70%；国际发售27,381,650股，占总数91.30%。发行价为每股236.00港元。扣除承销佣金及其他费用后，如超额配股权未被行使，江波龙预计可募集资金净额约68.03亿港元。
本次发行后，江波龙总股本由发行前的429,668,149股增至459,657,599股，H股占比6.52%；若超额配股权悉数行使，总股本将进一步增至464,155,999股，H股占比升至7.43%。
主要股东持股比例有所摊薄。公司董事长蔡华波持股162,071,900股，发行前持股比例37.72%；发行完成且未行使超额配股权时降至35.26%，若超额配股权悉数行使，持股比例为34.92%。蔡丽江持股14,700,000股，对应持股比例由3.42%降至3.20%；超额配股权悉数行使时为3.17%。二者合计持股比例由41.14%降至38.46%，若超额配股权全部行使则为38.08%。
江波龙表示，将继续推进后续相关工作，确保H股上市后公司治理及信息披露符合境内外监管要求。
