绿城服务集团有限公司（港交所股票代码：02869）于2026年7月21日发布翌日披露报表，宣布在香港联交所场内回购普通股股份。公告显示，本次共回购47.2万股股份，占回购前已发行股本（不含库存股份）的约0.0151%。每股回购价格介乎每股港币4.14元至4.22元，合计付出约197.89万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数维持3,154,188,476股不变，其中已发行股份（不含库存股份）数为3,120,750,476股，库存股份增加至33,438,000股。此前，公司已获股东于2026年6月18日通过回购授权，授权回购股份总数为313,142,977股。截至目前，公司已在包括香港联交所等证券交易所累计回购10,910,000股，占该回购授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.3484%。
公司在公告中确认，本次股份回购已获得董事会正式批准，并遵照适用的上市规则、法律及相关监管规定。公告由董事杨掌法签署。
