On April 24, Wisdom Cosmos Limited purchased an additional 150,000 shares of SY HOLDINGS (06069) at a price of HK$9.0415 per share. The total transaction value was approximately HK$1.36 million. Following this acquisition, the company's total shareholding increased to approximately 570 million shares, representing 53.51% of the total issued shares. The transaction involved another related party, Tung Chi Fung. In a supplementary disclosure, it was noted that Wisdom Cosmos Limited, as a controlling shareholder, holds an interest in 521,000 treasury shares of the company. Similarly, Mr. Tung, also in the capacity of a controlling shareholder, holds an interest in 521,000 treasury shares of the company.
