天伦燃气于2026年3月26日公告，先前在2025年12月22日至24日、12月29日至31日、2026年1月2日、1月5日至9日、1月12日至16日、1月19日至23日、1月26日至30日及2月2日至5日期间合计回购股份6,688,500股，占当时已发行股本约0.68%。每股回购价为3.09港元，总耗资约20,667,465港元，折合2,066.75万元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本由981,885,108股降至975,196,608股，库藏股结余为零。公司确认，回购程序已获董事会授权，并已遵守香港联合交易所有关上市规则及相关法律规定。
