Wisdomcome Group Supplements Office Lease Details, Confirms Landlord as Independent Third Party

Wisdomcome Group Holdings Limited released a supplemental announcement on 24 March 2026 to clarify ownership information related to the office tenancy agreement first disclosed on 17 March 2026.
The company stated that Peak Gain Limited—the landlord of the leased premises—is ultimately owned by Dr. Leong Siu Hung, Edwin. The board emphasized that Dr. Leong is classified as an Independent Third Party, confirming that the lease does not constitute a connected transaction under the GEM Listing Rules.
All other terms of the original tenancy agreement remain unchanged. The board also reaffirmed that, after reasonable inquiries, the information contained in the supplemental announcement is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
