2026年6月4日，朝聚眼科医疗控股有限公司（股票代码：02219）发布公告称，公司于当日在香港联交所场内回购6万股普通股股份，占该公司现有已发行股本的约0.009%。回购价格介乎每股2.56港元至2.61港元，总金额约15.42万港元。
根据公告，此次回购股份未被注销，截至2026年6月4日收盘后，公司已发行股本维持于705,180,500股，库存股份数为0。此前，公司于2026年5月12日通过股份购回授权，可购回共计70,518,050股。截至目前，公司已根据该授权累计购回股份共480,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本总数的约0.068%。
公司在公告中确认，本次回购严格遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及相关法律规定。公告由执行董事兼联席公司秘书张光弟签署。
