Wuxi Life International Holdings Group Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, the related circular and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been published in both English and Chinese on two online platforms: the company’s website (www.wuxilife.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). The posting date is 29 April 2026.

The board recommends shareholders and investors consult these web versions, which are deemed the official forms of the documents.

Non-registered holders who experience difficulties accessing the online files—or who prefer physical copies—may complete and sign the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.
