Comtec Solar’s March 2026 Monthly Return: Share Capital Steady at 1.06 Billion Shares, Public Float Meets HKEX Rules

Comtec Solar Systems Group Limited submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 8 April 2026, covering the period ended 31 March 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.90 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.004, equivalent to HKD 7.60 million. Issued share capital also held steady at 1.06 billion ordinary shares, and the company reported no treasury shares.

No shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled during the month. Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent.
