Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (N2IU) announced on Jul, 17 2026 that Ms Wendy Koh Mui Ai will resign as a Non-Executive Director of its manager, MPACT Management Ltd., with effect from Jul, 30 2026. Ms Koh is leaving after stepping down as Group Chief Financial Officer of the sponsor, Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, to pursue other interests.

Following her departure, MPACT Management Ltd.’s board will consist of ten directors from Jul, 31 2026, led by Non-Executive Chairman Mr Samuel N. Tsien. Key roles include Mr Alvin Tay Tuan Hearn as Lead Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee, and Mr Wu Long Peng as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
