The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has announced disciplinary actions against two former directors of DIFFER GP-NEW (SEHK: 06878).

On June 16, the exchange issued a statement declaring former non-executive director Kang Fuming and former independent non-executive director Chen Naike unsuitable to serve as directors and publicly censuring them.

The disciplinary measures follow an investigation by the exchange into whether the individuals had fulfilled their director duties under the Listing Rules.

The exchange sent investigation letters and reminder letters to both men regarding the inquiry.

In response, Kang Fuming only replied to some, but not all, of the exchange's questions, while Chen Naike did not respond to the inquiries at all.
