正業國際控股有限公司（下称“正業國際控股”）于2026年1月2日发布截至2025年12月31日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司报告期内股本结构未发生任何变化。
正業國際控股的法定股本维持在1,000,000,000股普通股，面值每股0.1港元，法定股本总额仍为1亿港元。已发行股份自上月底至本月底稳定在500,000,000股，未见任何库藏股变动。此外，报告期内亦无购回、注销、或新增发行活动，且无期权、认股权证、可换股票据及其他相关协定安排。
公司表示，截至本月末，股本总数保持不变，继续遵守香港联合交易所有限公司相关上市规则及当地法律法规。本次月报表由执行董事胡正签署。
