方达控股公司（01521）于2026年1月6日公布2025年12月股份变动月报表。公告显示，截至2025年12月31日，公司注册股本维持为5,000,000,000股，面值每股0.00001美元，对应注册股本总额50,000美元。已发行股份总数继续保持在2,035,724,910股，未见新增发行或注销。
报告期内，方达控股在股份期权方面，“首次公开发售前股份激励计划”所涉期权数量为17,250,000股，保持不变；“2018年股份激励计划”期权数量因50,000份已失效而调整至16,628,500股。此前曾于2024年5月28日购回合计3,536,000股普通股，但尚未注销，故本月股本总数仍维持稳定。
