Willis Towers Watson's stock surged 5.04% during Tuesday's intraday trading session following the release of its fourth-quarter 2025 financial results.
The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $8.12, exceeding analyst consensus estimates of approximately $7.94. Revenue of $2.936 billion also beat expectations, despite a year-over-year decline, with organic revenue growing 6%. The strong performance was particularly driven by the risk and broking segment, where revenue increased nearly 10% due to robust new business activity and high client retention.
Additionally, the company's operating margin expanded significantly, and management provided a positive outlook for 2026, including plans for substantial share repurchases and expected margin expansion in key segments, further bolstering investor confidence.
