深圳佑驾创新科技股份有限公司（股票代码：02431，简称“佑驾创新”）于2026年7月28日刊发翌日披露报表。公告显示，佑驾创新已根据2026年7月22日签署的配售协议，于2026年7月28日在香港联交所配发并发行新H股2,013.24万股，约占此前现有已发行股本的6.19%。每股发行价为6.23港元，本次配发的总募资金额约为1.25亿港元。
本次发行完成后，公司已发行股份由3.25亿股增至3.45亿股。截至该日收市，佑驾创新已发行股份总数为3.45亿股，库藏股数为8,346,200股，合计股份3.54亿股。公司在公告中确认，发行事宜已获得董事会正式授权批准，并依照所有适用的上市规则、法律及其他监管规定进行。
