中国太平洋保险（集团）股份有限公司（02601）8月11日发布公告称，因年龄原因，路巧玲已向董事会提交辞呈，将自2026年8月11日起辞去公司副董事长、非执行董事及董事会战略与投资决策及ESG委员会委员职务。 公司表示，路巧玲的离任不会导致董事会成员低于法定人数，相关交接工作已按要求完成。路巧玲确认与董事会并无意见分歧，亦无其他需通知股东及债权人的事项。 截至公告日，公司执行董事为傅帆、赵永刚；非执行董事为黄迪南、王他竽、王昱华、陈然、周东辉及John Robert Dacey；独立非执行董事为陈欣、林婷懿、罗婉文、金弘毅及黄显荣；职工董事为周丽贇。 董事会对路巧玲任职期间的贡献表示感谢，并由董事长傅帆代表董事会致辞。
