According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 10, a shareholder of CMON transferred shares from Future Finance to Wisdom Capital. The transferred portfolio was valued at HK$5.2965 million, representing 7.13% of the holdings. Previously, CMON announced that on January 19, 2026, the company plans to place up to 10.32 million placement shares, accounting for approximately 16.67% of the enlarged issued share capital following the issuance of all placement shares.
